Sammi Export Ltd. provides a legal deadline of 14 days from the delivery of the goods to report the intention to return the item and the reason for this return.

Withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter A/R to the Seller, within 14 days from the day of receipt of the Products.
Said communication may also be made within the same period by e-mail to customercare@nbs-lacesystem.com. Such notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the Product or Products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised.
The Customer shall return the Product at his or her own expense by sending it to the Seller without delay and in any case within 14 days of the communication of his or her wish to withdraw from the contract.
If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures described, Il Venditore Srl will refund the Customer the amount paid for the purchase of the Product, minus delivery costs, within 14 days from the date it became aware of the Customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The cost of returning the product will remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of custom-made or customized goods.

We will not accept the return of those Products that are not in the same condition in which they were received, or that have been used beyond simply opening the Product.
